Q. How will the Affordable Care Act impact the Benefits Alliance Plan available from Leslie & Associates?
A. The Benefits Alliance Plan includes a variety of insurance products on a completely voluntary, employee-pay-all basis, such as life, disability, medical, dental, vision, critical illness, and accident coverage. Because Leslie & Associates makes its own decisions on which insurance products they offer in the Benefits Alliance Plan, they determine whether to offer Affordable Care Act-compliant medical policies.
