Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

Every Kelly Services employee is expected to follow all Kelly policies and procedures, as well as those of any Kelly customer to which they are assigned. Additionally, every Kelly employee is expected to abide by the law and to act with the highest level of ethics, honesty, and integrity.

Kelly has adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that is intended to help identify and resolve ethical issues, deter wrongdoing, provide mechanisms to report dishonest or unethical conduct, and help foster a culture of honesty and accountability.

Reporting Dishonest or Unethical Behavior

Kelly has established a reporting system that enables our employees to report any suspected violations of the Code. This system, which is administered by a third party, allows users to remain anonymous and all reports are kept confidential.
